PURPOSE:To position and hold an open-type sample temperature controller so as to correctly spraying gas for temperature control upon a sample to be analyzed by X-ray irradiation. CONSTITUTION:A supporting base 24 for mounting a sample temperature controller 17 thereon, fasteners 26 for fixing the controller 17 on the supporting base 24, and supports 20a, 20b for holding the supporting base 24 freely adjustabley a tilt angle thereof are provided, and the controller 17 is kept so that gas for temperature control can be sprayed in a correct angle and on a correct position to the sample 7. |
