PURPOSE:To provide a method for controlling operation of biochemical analyzers in which whether or not a suction means which holds a dry analysis film piece by suction always maintains an appropriate sucking state can be monitored. CONSTITUTION:Pipes 100 from a pressure reducing pump (suction pump) P1 101 and pressure raising pump P2 110 are connected to a carrying base section 70b below a suction cup 70a. A valve 102, filter 103, and pressure detecting section 104 are connected between the pump 101 and a sucking board 70 for taking-out film pieces and a pressure sensor 105 is connected to the section 104. A pressure detecting circuit 106 detects the pressure value detected by the sensor 105 and a sucking state discriminating section 107 discriminates the sucking state of the sucking board 70 based on the changing pattern of the detected pressure value. When the section 107 discriminates that the sucking state is abnormal, prescribed LEDs 108A, 108B, and 108C are turned on in accordance with the degree of abnormality and a buzzer 109 is actuated to produce a prescribed sound. |
