PURPOSE:To provide a distributed power storage system which can charge and discharge power efficiently while maintaining the soundness of a secondary battery by equipping the secondary battery power storage system consisting of specified constitution with a specified device. CONSTITUTION:In a secondary battery power storage system, where a secondary battery 2 connected to load 1 and a charger/discharger 2 connected to this secondary battery 3 and a power system are installed and a group of load 5 is connected to this charger/discharger 2, a controller 7, which controls the charger/discharger 2, receiving information from at least either the secondary battery 3 or a group of load 5, is installed. |
