PURPOSE:To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which can improve cycle property sharply, maintaining high-energy density for a long period, by taking a specified measure, in the above battery which has a wound electrode where specified negative pole and positive pole are counterposed through a separator. CONSTITUTION:In the above battery which has a wound electrode body being constituted by counterposing a positive pole 12 consisting of positive pole coupling agent layers 12b and 12c being made by applying positive pole couplers (example: LiCoO2, graphite, and a coupling agent) on both sides of a band-shaped positive pole collector (example: Al foil) 12a and a negative pole 11 consisting of negative pole coupler layers 11b and 11c being made by applying negative pole couplers (example: graphite powder and coupling agent) on both sides of a band-shaped collector (example: copper foil) 11a through a separator 13, Li is made to exist in negative pole section N not counterposed to the positive pole 12 by, preferably, sticking or electrochemically doping it. |
