<p>PURPOSE:To provide a line stoppage influencing degree measuring system capable of taking effective measures against line stoppage in an automatic operation equipment consisting of plural lines. CONSTITUTION:An identification means 14 provided with an identification code is attachably and detachably attached to a work 12, the passing of the work 12 is detected by a first detection means 16 and a second detection means 18 provided at starting points on the respective lines and the passing of the work 12 is monitored by a work passing monitoring means 22. Also, working conditions in the respective lines are monitored by a line working condition monitoring means 24. Then, by a line stoppage influencing degree measuring means 30, the passing time of the work 12 in the respective lines is calculated and recorded and also passing delay time and line stoppage time when the lines are stopped are calculated. Based on the passing delay time and stoppage time of the respective lines calculated in such a manner, delay rates in the respective lines are calculated and stoppage influencing degrees to the other lines are calculated.</p> |
