<p>PURPOSE:To prevent trouble due to deformation by enhancing the 'torsional rigidity' and the 'flexural rigidity' of a molded protector for a wire harness comprising a U-groove protector body for receiving the wire bundle and a cover body. CONSTITUTION:Female reinforcing ribs 6, each having a central fitting groove 5 extending across the side wall 3A, 3B, are provided inside the side walls 3A, 3B of a molded protector body 1. A male reinforcing rib 7 comprising a post 8 to be fitted in the fitting groove 5 and a flange piece 9, arranged in T-shape, is planted inside the cover body 2 so that the ribs 6 and 7 are fitted each other when the cover body 2 is applied.</p> |
