SAFETY LOCK

The safety lock has two-way looking effect and is designed for residential houses and offices. It improves the safety of locking. It consists of a motion screw (7) fitted between left-hand (3') and right-hand (3") bracket of U-shaped base (1), larger gear (8) fitted in the centre of the motion screw (7) meshing a smaller gear (9) mounted on the axis of an electric motor (10), left-side (12') and right-side (12") rectangular nut (12) inserted on the left-side (7') and right-side (7") halves, respectively, of the motion screw (7) and connected to a left-hand (5') and a right-hand (5"), respectively, locking rod (5), supply battery (21) and electronic limit switch (17) connected to the electric motor (10), actuated by an electric safety key (20). The limit switch (17) has a small lever (19) in contact with rests (18) of the locking rod (5) belonging to it, fitted at same distance between, corresponding to the selected travel of locking of the locking rods (5)./!
