The protection device is aesthetically designed and can be applied for vessels which are not designed to be airtight or the latter is lost after their opening. It prevents any spilling of the content of the vessel in transportation, due to external effect or to negligence. The device has an arbitrary shape and lower conical part of impermeable elastic material (1) mounted to a fairly small vessel (2) e.g. standard type cups, boxes, jars, etc. for different hot and cold drinks which increases their capacity and preseves the quality and the temperature of the content by preventing any unwanted mass exchange. The heat exchange with the environment and during transportation and consumption in adverse atmospheric conditions - dust, insects and other pollutants is reduced by using a straw (3)./!
