The container has a secure plastics closing cap (1) with a circular cover (5). The container has a series of vertical ribs (19) for inhibiting unlocking when the cap is on the container. A radial projecting tongue (25) on the cover penetrates an opening (9) in the upper part of the cap. The cover fits in the cap upper part with a lateral play on either side of the tongue, and the neck (16) of the container penetrates, without play, in the upper part of the cap. The cover has two diametrically opposite planes which provide lateral play between the cover and the upper part of the cap. An external peripheral ring (18) fits securely in a groove (12) in the lower part of the cap. The top of the opening has two breakable links (11) located at the two ends of the strip (10) forming the top of the opening.
