PURPOSE:To control the capacity of an oil pressure pump with high accuracy according to outside command pressure by regulating dispersion of spring force for energizing a spool. CONSTITUTION:A cover body 52 for blocking the one end side of a casing is composed of a first stopper 53 which is screwed in the female screw part 13C of the casing, and a second stopper 55 which is screwed in the screw hole 53D of the first stopper 53 and whose stopper part 55B is projected in a spring chamber 35 with a projection size L2. Even if dispersion is generated in the set load of a compression coil spring 36, the relative positions of the first stopper 53 and the second stopper 55 in relation to the casing are changed, and the set height L and the size L1 of the compression coil spring 36 are changed, so that it is possible to regulate the set load of the compression coil spring 36 properly.
