The textile material (50) contains many fibre-like stricks of fibres (51) which are spread in between and are interconnected by knots (52). The stricks of fibres and the knots form a structure of holes (53), the holes being mainly square in configuration. Each strick consists of segments of fibres which are compacted. Many of the segments in these stricks are parallel to each other. In the middle of the fibre strick, between adjacent knots, there is an additionally interwoven section (54) where the fibres show a trend to wind concentrically around the peripheries of the parallel and compact segments of fibres. The stricks come out on the reverse side of the concentrically wound sector. This configuration is denoted as "stitch cut" or "sector of stitch connection".
