The compositions can be applied for the treatment of autoimmune and skin diseases and in organ implantations. They considerably reduce the adverse side effects of the treatment. The new medicamentous forms contain cyclosporine, hydrophilic and lipophilic phase and surfactant as active ingredients. The compositions are microemulsions of oil in water and by treatment suitable for each individual case they can be offered in the form of liquids, capsules, tablets for oral administration or in the form of powders, pastes, ointments, gels, lotions, poultices, plasters and others for surface application.
