CONSTITUTION:Data 2 for printing to be frequently used is stored in a file 61 as parts for printing in a storage part 6 from a parts input part 3. At the same time, a DPI conversion part 4 converts the dot density smaller for the display and stores it in a file 62 as parts for display. Each parts for display and printing has information on the name of the storage file, size and attribute in management files. At the time of proofreading the document, the parts for display are used in edition and the parts for printing are used in printing. Thus, the quick display and printing can be performed. |
