PURPOSE: To provide an electronic device having heat sinks and electric contacts which are parts of a support frame. CONSTITUTION: A frame part of a support frame is separated after assembling, so as to separate electrically electric contacts 120 from heat sinks 116. The electric contacts 120 and the heat sinks 116 are formed on an identical plane. In an example, the electric contacts 120 do not extend beyond a printed circuit board 102 of a device 100.
