PURPOSE:To efficiently use documents by preparing the management information of files and editing files based on it. CONSTITUTION:A document package 13 consists of plural pairs of edition data files 15 taking a page or frame as a unit. In editing, it refers to the management information of the file 15 and secures a temporary preservation area. The file 15 is copied therein. The edition is performed for the copied data. If the conversion of the data system is required, the needed page, in short, the required file is selected and converted. When the edition is ended, the file in the temporary preservation area is returned as the file 15. In stopping the edition, a temporary file 20 is rejected and when it needs correction, the temporary preservation file is moved as the file 15. |
