PURPOSE:To correct non-linear distortion in respective intermediate parts between a picture center part and both right and left peripheral parts. CONSTITUTION:A 1st horizontal linearity coil 3 and a 2nd horizontal linearity coil 4 are serially connected to a horizontal deflection coil 1. A magnetic saturation characteristic for correcting horizontal non-linear distortion in a picture left peripheral part and an intermediate part between a picture center part and the left peripheral part is applied to the coil 3. A magnetic saturation characteristic for correcting horizontal non-linear distortion in an intermediate part between the picture center part and a picture right peripheral part is applied to the coil 4. |
