PURPOSE:To eliminate the disposal work of a linear conductor, and to reduce the waste of material and the labor, by carrying out a process to remove corrosion generated on the surface of a metal wire rod owing to the contact with a washing liquid, between a washing tub and a press forming device. CONSTITUTION:An operation switch is turned on automatically synchronously with the starting of operation of a manufacturing line, and a pair of rotary brushes of a corrosion removing device 11 are driven to rotate as well as they are abutted to linear conductors 8. Such a driving is continued at least until the linear conductors 8 which were in a washing device 10 during the operation stopping are delivered to the corrosion removing device 11, and the corrosion on the surface of the linear conductors 8 generated in the washing device 10 during the manufacturing line stopping is removed during this period. After that, the operation switch is cut off automatically, and the rotary brushes are separated from the linear conductors 8, as well as the rotation of the rotary brushes is stopped, and an operation of the normal condition is continued thereafter. |
