PURPOSE: To provide an optical disk whose manufacture is easy and in which reflection efficiency is considerably improved and to provide its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: A master 20 having a recording face is worked. A stamper 30 is formed on the master so that a surface corresponding to the recording face is given. The stamper is separated from the master and a resin layer 10 is formed on the stamper. A first reflection hologram film 13 which reflects only the laser beam of a prescribed wavelength and makes the laser beam of the remaining wavelength pass through is adhered on the resin layer. A transparent medium layer 14 is vapor deposited on the first reflection hologram film. A second reflection hologram film 16 which reflects only the layer beam of the other prescribed wavelength and makes the laser beam of the remaining wavelength pass through is adhered to the transparent medium layer. A transparent protection layer 19 is vapor deposited on the second reflection hologram film. |
