The milk bottle cleansing apparatus comprises a connecting pipe connected through an outlet of a passage selecting unit and a hose and installed within a cleansing room; a nozzle pipe capable of attaching and detaching on the connecting pipe, having a number of injection holes; and a milk bottle adapter fixed to an intermediate part of the nozzle pipe. The milk bottle is cleansed and sterilized simply.
