PURPOSE: To adjust this device even when the instantaneous value of an important fault amount is not known by controlling adjustment elements based on the desired value of controlled variable which belongs to an open loop control section supported by a closed loop control and an adjustment value deviation for a closed loop control section. CONSTITUTION: First, a desired value of controlled variable RG-SW for an adjustment section E1 is called, and a controlled adjustment value ST-R is outputted to adjustment elements of the section E1 from a controller 10 and controlled. Next, a predictable adjustment value ST-ERW is found from the desired value of controlled variable RG-SW, the difference between the prediction adjustment value ST-ERW and the adjustment value ST-R is found at an adjustment value subtraction element 13, and an adjustment value deviation ST-A is acquired. Then, a characteristic map 14.2 is addressed by means of an instantaneously desired value of controlled variable RG-SW-2 and an instantaneous value of the deviation ST-A, read for and outputted to an adjustment section E2 which belongs to these value. An equivalent processing is also executed for adjustment sections E3 to En. |
