PURPOSE:To prevent the change in quality of heat accumulating material by a method wherein a first bag body, sealing a matrix, into which heat accumulating material is impregnated, is formed of a synthetic resin having high flexibility while the first bag body is sealed by a second bag body, formed of a synthetic resin having high air-tight property. CONSTITUTION:A first bag body 1 seales and receives a matrix 3, into which a latent heat accumulating material 2 is impregnated. The impregnating matrix 3 is formed of a felt consisting of polyester fibers so that the matrix is porous and hardly extended into flat direction. The first bag body 1 is formed of a synthetic resin having high flexibility and preferably formed of transparent plastic film. The outside of the first bag body 1 is sealed by the second bag body 4.
