The tooth brush is made in three parts. The base (1) has provision to accept a tube of toothpaste (2) and a brush (3). The base has holes (4) at regular intervals along its length to accept corresponding pins on the toothpaste holder. The base and toothpaste holder combine to form the handle of the tooth brush. The brush slides onto the end of the base, engaging in slots at the end region of the base. The brush assembly has a hollow tube (5) cut at an angle to penetrate a soft seal (6) at the end of the toothpaste tube. The interior of the brush assembly has passages to connect the toothpaste to holes (7) that allow toothpaste to emerge between the brush bristles when the toothpaste holder is squeezed.
