The ski has a lower ensemble (10) with a sole and an upper ensemble forming the top (16) and sides. The intermediate space between these ensembles is mainly filled with a thermoplastic resin which is non-cellular. Part of the space, at the level of the sliding zone (2), is filled with elements (35) whose density is less than that of the resin. The element is a tubular sheath, made of supply plastic material, which is inflated with air through a tube (36). This can be replaced by balls made of expanded polystyrene beads or piles or hollow closed tubes.
