PURPOSE:To obtain a porcelain composition of which the dielectric coefficient is high and the temperature characteristic is improved. CONSTITUTION:The three-component solid solution composition constituted of Pb(Co1/3 Nb2/3)O3-Pb(Ni1/3 Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 is expressed by [Pb(Co1/3 Nb2/3) O3]x-[Pb(Ni1/3 Nb2/3)O3]y-[PbTiO3]z(where x+y+z=1.0). At that time, (x, y, z) is within the range surrounded by the following four points: (0.78, 0.01, 0.21), (0.44, 0.35, 0.21), (0.01, 0.69, 0.30) and (0.01, 0.75, 0.24), and at the same time Mn of 0.01 to 0.2 mol% is added to the composition as sub-component. |
