PURPOSE:To more smoothen the operation of a multiple disc clutch by utilizing magnetic force by providing a magnet body for axially repelling a friction plate and a clutch plate to each other on at least either one of these plates. CONSTITUTION:When a push rod 19 and a transmission rod 20 are pressed in a direction A, a pressure plate 17 is retreated in the direction A against a clutch spring 18. Thus, a friction plate 8 and a clutch plate 15 are laid into the free state from the pressed state, but since magnet bodies 23 on the outer circumference of the friction plates 8 are mutually repelled at that time, the friction plates 8 are likely to extend the mutual space. Consequently, the clutch plate 15 is situated between the extended space of the friction plates 8, the friction plates 8 and the clutch plate 15 are therefore laid in the perfectly separated relation, and the clutch is laid in the cut state. Thus, the cutting state can be smoothly provided by the repulsion of the magnetic bodies 23. |
