PURPOSE: To provide a reagent kit capable of completely automatic operation and an analytical apparatus using such reagent kit. CONSTITUTION: An analytical apparatus can use a reagent kit 11 receiving a reagent and such type reagent kit 11. In order to maintain the reagent at a proper temperature, the reagent kit 11 consists of a base part 13, housing 12 having side walls 14-18 and at least one receptacle 31, 32 received in the housing 12. The housing 12 has the thermal conductivity larger than air and inner walls 43-46 making fixedly contact with at least a part of the outer wall of at least one receptacle 31, 32 in the analytical apparatus. In the analytical apparatus, the reagent kit 11 is provided on a carrier plate cooled by a Peltier element. |
