The space is designed for renting in order to increase the commercial turn-over. It solves the problem of finding town space to be used additionally as commercial area without affecting their original designation. The space is in the room under the school yards the part of the court-yard bordering with the street pavement (1) being raised. Thus two levels are formed: upper (6) and lower (7) which are connected with steps (9). The additional area is above the upper and lower levels (6 & 7) and the connecting steps and consists of an upper platform (10) which is at the level of the street pavement (1), of lower platform (11) and of the connecting steps (12). The shop-windows (4) and the entrance of the space are suspended from the upper level of the court-yard (6) to the upper platform of the area (10) on the side of the street pavement (1)./!
