<p>The invention relates to a liquid purification apparatus including an electrolytic flocculator cell. The cell includes cylindrically shaped electrolyte surfaces (1, 2) which are positioned one inside the other in such a manner that between an inner cylinder (1) and an outer cylinder (2) is defined a cylindrical flow channel (3). The inner cylinder (1) is journalled to be rotatable and provided with drive elements (10, 11) for rotating it relative to the outer cylinder (2). A reciprocating pump piston causes pulsating flow and mixing of conduction solution with liquid to be purified.</p> |
