<p>This invention relates to a polymeric vehicle which reduces or eliminates VOCs in coating compositions by providing a formulated coating composition which does not require an organic solvent for application to a substrate. The polymeric vehicle of the invention comprises at least one linear oligoester diol effective for crosslinking with a crosslinker, and having a number average molecular weight within controlled limits of a polydispersity index effective for controlling the viscosity of the polymeric vehicle.</p> |
