Sewing machine for blind stitching with simple, low cost modification

A sewing machine for blind stitching comprises a needle (14) oscillating above a stitching plate (12) and transversely to a submerging piece below the plate and a cloth advancer (16) which moves in a track of the stitching plate in opposition to a pressure shoe - all driven by one drive. This machine also has a pre-advancer (18) placed ahead of the advancer (16) against the flow of the sewing piece, but also sharing the same drive. In opposition in the pre-advancer there is also a second pressure shoe (19) similarly located w.r.t. the first.
