Flash unit arm for underwater photography

The support parts consist, e.g. of the flash unit carrier (10) itself, a base stand (4) with T-groove piece and an intermediate piece (6). A positioning drive is provided between at least two neighbouring support parts. A positioning wheel (14) with a locking path (15) is provided on one of the parts, while a locking part (16) engaging the locking path is provided on the other part. The locking path lies concentric to the pivot axis (12). The combing or gripping locking part (16) is pref. guided planet-like about the locking path. The engagement can be by gearwheels (20).
