Adjuster for seat back rest and head support

The adjuster comprises a hand wheel (13) which has an axially displaceable inner part (14). A sleeve (9) with a gear (12) is fitted over the shaft (6) of the inner part. In one position of the hand wheel, when the inner part is not pressed in, the gear (12) is coupled to a drive side gear (4). When the inner part is pushed inwards, the gear (12) becomes coupled to the gear (3). To transfer the inner part back to the released position, the hand wheel is pulled in the direction away from the seat.
