The bore (2) is eccentrically situated in the bush, while the pin has an eccentric stem portion (15) protruding beyond the drilling. A clamping member, typically consisting of one or more washers (16), is fixed to the eccentric stem portion. The eccentricities of the stem and bush can be so matched that with the pin turned into one position the washer is concentric to the bush, while in another position it protrudes beyond the bush in the radial direction.
