MICROORGANISM COUNTING KIT FOR WASTE WATER

摘要

The microorganism (I) counting method and its kit consists of (1) diluting (I) material with 0.7% saline 9 ml (II) with 1ml sterile syringe (III), (2) plating 0.1ml of diluted solution on trypic soy agar (IV), and (3) culturing at room temperature for 3 days and counting the colonies formed. This kit of (II), (III) and (IV) is helpful for non-trained workers.
