Hydrophobic silica useful as heat stabiliser for silicone rubber

摘要

Hydrophobic SiO2 (I) with a specific BET surface area of 40-450 m<2>/g, a C content of at least 0.5 wt.%, obtd. by hydrophobisation, and transition metal (II) content of 10-100000 ppm wt. is claimed. Prepn. of hydrophobic silica is also claimed.
