The advertising and information system includes a viewable projection system built into the quantity-price-indicator head (1) of a petrol pump installation and consists of an LCD-video projector (2), on the observation side, having a beam path deflected over a deflection mirror (4) from the inner face of the head on to a projection glass (5). Each viewing side of the petrol pump head is provided with a separate LCD video projection system.
