The device is for a body (1) on a base (19) and underneath the body, to be located on a first part (A) of the point locating device, a convex ball section (6) with a radius is formed. Above the base on a second part (B) of the point locating device a concave ball shell (7a) is formed with a radius. The ball section linearly locates on or in the ball shell. The radius of the ball section coincides with that of the ball shell. At least two engagement point retainers (2,2a) are formed on the first part of the point location device which are so orientated that their force vectors meet in a force plane. The force plane coincides with the common circle centre point of the ball section and the ball shell.
