<p>This automated pallet-loading installation incorporates a telescopic crane (1) with an advancing tandem and a laser device to check the perpendicular and height alignment of the platform and the edge of the quay so that it can reach the bottom of the platform as well as a vertical displacing system and another system to turn the handling shovels (2) of the pallets, and another telescopic device for the rear, free-spinning, load-supporting wheels (3). The tandem is introduced inside the lorry platform. Then, the telescopic device of the crane starts its operation by pushing the pallets to the bottom of the platform towards the end o the lorry platform, and which incorporates a device (4) to bring nearer the pairs of pallets which had been previously grouped and which is located at the head of the loading line. <IMAGE></p> |
