摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an element having detected memory voltage up to 0 - 200 mV by containing composite oxide consisting of silver and V-oxide represented by AgxV2O5-y(0.35 < x, y is oxygen defect) in the electrode material of an operating electrode. CONSTITUTION:AgI, Ag2O and WO3 are mixed in a specific mol ratio to be molded under pressure and the molded one is sealed in a Pyrex tube under reduced pressure and melted and reacted to obtain a silver ion conductive solid electrolyte represented by 4AgI.Ag2WO4. Next, V2O5 and metal silver are mixed to be molded under pressure and the molded one is sealed in a quartz tube under reduced pressure and reacted at high temp. to obtain composite oxide represented by Ag0.7V2O5. This composite oxide and the solid electrolyte are mixed in a ratio of 1 : 1 to be molded under pressure to form an operating electrode 1 and an opposed electrode 3. These electrodes 1, 3 are brought to a pressure contact state through a solid electrolyte layer 2 to obtain a solid battery element and lead terminals 5 are bonded to layers of carbon paste 4 and the whole is sealed by a resin seal layer 6. By this method, an element excellent in the linearity of quantity of electricity to terminal voltage, cycle characteristics and the memory capacity of terminal voltage up to terminal voltage of 0 - 200 mV can be obtained.
