A rolling bearing assembly comprises a first 10 and a second 20 slide means and at least one rolling bearing element 30 for facilitating relative sliding movement between said slide means 10, 20. The or each bearing element is provided with teeth engaging respective toothing of the first and second slide means. During relative sliding movement between the slide means, the or each bearing element 30 moves linearly relative to each of the slide means. At least one of the slide means may be formed by a plastics moulding process, and may have the bearing elements connected thereto by frangible means which are broken on assembly. <IMAGE> |
