An apparatus for calibrating and supporting an extruded film blown up into a tube comprises supporting means (14) driven by link rods (12, 16) whose inner ends are articulated in the median zone of each supporting means (14), and whose outer ends are articulated to brackets (11, 15), which connected to spindle nuts (6) which engage thread sections of opposite hand on axially parallel screw spindles (7) so that rotation of the spindles causes radial adjustment of the supporting means (14). One of the brackets (15) has a pair of links (16) connecting it to the supporting means (14).
