<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an extraction pitch deciding device for a hot successive rolling system capable of deciding the optimum extraction pitch from a heating furnace with high precision by affecting actual roll data on the calculation of a predictive extraction pitch. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of a preceding material prediction rolling schedule calculation means 11, a corresponding material prediction rolling schedule calculation means 12, restriction gap time table 13, a time gap learning item table 14, a predictive extraction pitch calculation means 15, an actual roll data sampling means 16, a gap time calculation means 17, a gap time error calculation means 18, a correction means 19, and an update means 20. When the extraction pitch is decided, data in the restriction gap time table is corrected based on an error between a preceding material found from the actual roll data and the time gap of a corresponding material, or the learning item of the time gap learning item table is updated based on the error. In this way, the optimum extraction pitch from the heating furnace can be decided.</p> |
