PURPOSE:To provide a molding method by which a hook-and-loop zipper having a stable shape can efficiently be and simply be manufactured without elongating it even if it is composed of a thermoplastic resin molded by extrusion and without causing a split at sewing time. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously when melting resin 4 for a surface zipper is continuously extruded in a prescribed width from an extruding nozzle 1, plural fiber filament yarn F are introduced in a straight line shape in parallel to each other in the extruding direction toward an outlet of the melting resin 4, and/or are introduced while transversing one or more pieces in a prescribed width. Simultaneously when the filament yarn F introduced into a clearance between the nozzle 1 and a die wheel 2 which is opposingly arranged at a prescribed interval and rotates in one direction and has cavities 5 for a large number of engaging pieces on a peripheral surface is embedded in the melting resin 4, a part of the melting resin 3 is filled in the cavities 5 for the engaging pieces, and the filament yarn F is embedded inside of a plate-like base part 4a, and a large number of engaging pieces 4b are integrally and continuously molded on a surface of the base part 4a. |
