PURPOSE:To provide a polyester stretched film produced from a resin composition comprising a polyamide resin and a polyester resin in a specific ratio, having surface lubricity, or the surface lubricity and matte surface-like appearance, and useful as a packaging material utilizing thermal shrinkability. CONSTITUTION:This film is produced from a resin composition comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyester resin (preferably polyethylene terephthalate) and (B) 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin (preferably the polycondensation product of m-xylenediamine with adipic acid) as base resins. The product is preferably produced e.g. by melt-extruding the resin composition at 200-280 deg.C, forming a 100-500mum thick film on a casting drum having a surface temperature of 15-70 deg.C, and subsequently monoaxially or diaxially stretching the film. The stretching is preferably performed at a temperature higher 5-20 deg.C than the glass transition temperature of the film. |
