PURPOSE:To provide a polyolefin resin composition excellent in impact resistance, toughness and moldability by adding both an alpha-olefin-acrylic acid ester copolymer and an epoxy-modified alpha-olefin-acrylic acid ester copolymer to a thermoplastic polyester. CONSTITUTION:This composition comprises (A) a thermoplastic polyester (preferably polybutylene terephthalate), (B) an epoxy-modified alpha-olefin-acrylic acid ester copolymer having a melt-viscosity ratio of 0.1-0.5 to the thermoplastic polyester, measured under conditions comprising 260 deg.C and 500 sec<-1>, and (C) a non-modified alpha-olefin-acrylic acid ester copolymer having a melt-viscosity ratio of 0.1-0.5, the amount of the epoxy groups in the component B being 1-7mol.% per the total amount (the total amount converted into the monomers) of the components B and C, and the total compounding amount of the components B and C being 5-25 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A. |
