<p>PURPOSE:To provide an invitation card for an exhibition and a method for registering an attendant using the same in which the attendant in the exhibition of an invited guest can be rapidly and effectively registered and a questionnaire can be simultaneously acquired and easily input. CONSTITUTION:An invitation card has a destination sheet 3 having a mailing destination, an examination sheet 4 for replying to a questionnaire, a client card 5 portably used by a client in a meeting place to be separately integrated in such a manner that the same client identification code 6 based on an invited person data base is imparted to the card 5, the sheet 4. The invited person submits the card 5 and the sheet 4 to a reception desk. Invited guest information is retrieved by the code 6 of the card 5 from the base to obtain personal information, and to apply it to the base and to register his attendance. The returned card 5 is used for a commodity order, a catalog request, etc., in the place. The sheet 4 is used to input data.</p> |
