PURPOSE:To provide a producing method of an apatite powder having a controlled composition without changing pH by improving the defects in aq. solution method by conventional technology. CONSTITUTION:The apatite is deposited by heating a mixed aq. solution of two kinds of a water soluble calcium complex inert to free phosphate ion and an water soluble phosphate at >=30 deg.C. Air, oxygen or hydrogen peroxide can be introduced to complete the reaction. A chelete salt such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid calcium salt, nitrilotriacetic acid calcium salt, cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid calcium salt, glycol ether diamimetetraacetic acid calcium salt, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid calcium salt or the like is exemplified as the water soluble calcium complex inert to free phosphate ion. The apatite powder is preferably used for producing an artificial bone material, artificial tooth material, adsorbing material or the like. |
