PURPOSE:To provide an aerosol container on which a hole can be easily put before the container is discarded, and which is safe with a less probability of burst or explosion in an incineration furnace even when the container is discarded as it is by mistake. CONSTITUTION:On a part of a metal plate to constitute a container, e.g. on a valve mounting cap 3, a through hole 9 is formed. Then, on a surface which becomes inside of the container, a gas barrier or gas permeable liner 10 consisting of a synthetic resin molded article is fitted and bonded so as to close the through hole 9. Thus obtained valve unit 2 is attached to a container main body 1 to constitute an aerosol container. By this method, since the through hole 9 is simply closed only by the liner 10, a hole can be easily put by a pin, etc. Even when the aerosol container is discarded as it is by mistake, the liner melts or burns before the aerosol container bursts or explodes in an incineration furnace, and a gas in the aerosol container is discharged, and therefore, the aerosol container is safe. |
