PURPOSE:To improve molding processability by a method wherein an easy breakage part comprises a groove-form thin suction part having a thin section and being easy to breakage ; and a thick section part allowing the progress of breakage from the thin section part and being thicker than the thin section. CONSTITUTION:In manufacture of an air bag lid 31, the easy breakage part 41 of the air bag lid part 31 has a thick section part 51. During injection-molding of the air bag lid 31, the flow of resin flowing in and out from a lid developing part 43 is improved by the thick section part 5. Thus, the molding processability of the air bag lid 31 is improved. Further, since the thick section part 51 is set to thickness enough for prevention of the stop of the progress of breakage extending from a thin section part 49, a bag expansion port 45 is reliably opened and no influence is exercised on developing performance of the air bag 15. |
