PURPOSE:To conduct surely the welding between the first and second members, in which the assurance of strength and airtightness is especially required, by installing a step between the welding surfaces of the second and third members and conducting the welding between the first and second members in advance in the simultaneous vibration welding in which the welding surface of the first member is faced with the welding surfaces of the second and third members. CONSTITUTION:In the vibration welding of the welding surfaces 1a, 2a, 3a of the first, second and third members 1, 2, 3 which are made of a synthetic resin, a step, in which the welding surface 2a is positioned higher than the welding surface 3a, is installed so that the welding surface 1a is first contacted with the welding surface 2a. The welding surface 3a begins to melt afterward by thermal conduction. In this way, the first and second members are welded surely; besides, the welding of the third member has enough strength. |
